After a Master in History and Archeology in Strasbourg (France), Ludivine is assistant to stage directors at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein (Düsseldorf, 02-04), the Staatsoper Stuttgart (04-06), and the Oper Frankfurt (07-10). During these years she collaborates with many artists and works as revival director. In addition she is co-directing opera productions together with Anna Viebrock : Fremd, Hans Thomalla, Staatsoper Stuttgart, IQ. Eine Testbatterie, Enno Poppe SWR –Festspiele (Schwetzingen).
In 2009 she creates at the festival Spielart (Munich) Geen krimp, Gustav !, a music theater based on Mahler’s Wunderhornlieder, her second staging after Mozart’s Bastien und Bastienne (2006, Staatstheater Weissenhorn). In 2012 Ludivine is directing La Traviata at the Opera Mauritius (Mauritius), in 2013 La Cenerentola (G. Rossini) at the Daejeon Culture and Art Center (Daejeon, South Korea). She turns back to Opera Mauritius for the staging of Dido and Aeneas (October 2013). She will be assistant to the director for Wagner’s Tetralogy Der Ring des Nibelungen (Grand Théâtre de Genève) in 2014 and is working on the conception of a show based on Robert Walser’s Der Spaziergang.
